I came to visit my mother recently and have noticed that the park has been looking a lot cleaner, the pool was bright blue instead of the green I was used to normally seeing the patio furniture was a little rough but overall the whole property looked great. It’s good to see
I am one of the outside vendors for Monte Verde Estates. We perform the annual Backflow test and the management is very easy to work with when it comes to scheduling there annual services. I have been working with them for several years now and I look forward to long lasting relationship with them.
Best community I’ve ever been apart of. Well taken care of and very clean . Tucked away from all the craziness of Escondido we’re up the hill with amazing breeze and super nice views . Mary Ann has been a gem getting us in and situated and answering all of our questions. We’re so happy to be part of the community here is was the perfect choice for our family.

Monte Verde Estates in Escondido is a beautiful park the view is spectacular. Visited the park a few times and I fall in love every time . I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the park manager Maryann she is very friendly and the sweetest person. She is very helpful as while. Highly recommend if looking for a place to live.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months, and it’s been great. Super clean, safe, and the most beautiful view. Anytime I had a question, Christina and Maryanne responded quickly. I see the maintenance guys walking around before 7 am, picking up trash. Great little community up on the hill.
